The challenge
Most weddings run on a patchwork — a website here, RSVP forms there, seating in spreadsheets, budgets in notes, vendors in email threads. Guests get lost. Couples lose the overview weeks before the day.
ThatsAmore needed to feel as polished as the celebration itself: a beautiful public face for guests and a private control room for everything behind the scenes — without five separate subscriptions.
The approach
We built two experiences in one product: a mobile-first guest hub for schedule, travel, FAQ and RSVP — and Studio, the admin where households, seating plans, budget, vendors, tasks and gift registry live together.
Personal invite links and QR codes feed a live RSVP dashboard. Multilingual content, PWA install and push updates keep international guests in sync. Team roles let partners and planners collaborate without sharing one password.
Not just a wedding website. A system to run the whole day — that line became the product north star.
The outcome
Couples sign up, publish their site and send invites in minutes. Guests reply on any phone; the team tracks confirmations, tables and spend in one place. Free to start, upgrade only when the wedding grows.
